Quality Life Service was founded in 1998 with the mission to provide home and community based living arrangements for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Quality Life Service provides the highest level of care, support and training available.  Program Coordinators and Placement Workers carry low caseloads in order to be able to provide the most case management to the homes, including face to face in home visits  monthly.  With an in house Registered Nurse, Quality Life Service is able to provide for the needs of individuals with medical needs.
